It took a while to get the back ordered part. After the the part arrived at dealership it took a while to get the part installed and the wiring properly hooked up. It is still a great place. They supplied my with a twin to my car while my car was being worked on.

My car battery died so I had my car brought to the dealership. With no scheduled appointment, I brought my car in to Jim Olsen and he and the staff had my battery replaced in less than an hour. I was very impressed with the service I received!
The service that I received there exceeded my expectation. The only thing I did not like is that the A/C stopped cooling air a couple days after having been serviced at your location, and now I have to book another appointment to get this fixed.
The customer experience at the dealership was fantastic. Since the service performed at the dealerships my Regal GS this weekend, I have noticed that that my engine make a knocking noise when I accelerate at a rapid pace. I use 91 octane gas on all of my fill ups, which is suppose to prevent knocking. With that being said I am concerned on what the issue could be.
