Jim Olson, the service writer took care of us right away. The gentleman who drove the car back to the service bay was very polite as usual. The car was serviced and washed in a timely manner. And thank you for the discount coupon we received in my Email. It did help keep the service cost down.

I had my radio and audio shut off on from my Sierra 1500, 2015 which had happened three times with in 4 months and I was pretty upset. When that happened immediately called Fred and I requested to put some gas for having to go so many times. Fred was helpful and honored my requested not to mention fixed my issue and said if this was too happen the dealership would replace the whole console for free since it is under warrenty.
