As soon as I scheduled the appointment through the MyGMC app I received confirmation and texts confirming my appointment at 7:30 am. This was great for me since I usually have a busy schedule in the morning. I arrived 10 minutes late and was still treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Desiree was fast and efficient and was not to pushy on any additional services I can do to my vehicle. She set up a shuttle for me and was driven home and picked up when the services were done. I am so impressed with the customer service I am planning on bringing my vehicle here for my future oil changes.
